Costas Tsarouchas comes from Vlacherna, Arcadia and was born in Tripoli.
His father at the age of 5 asked him if he liked traditional music and he immediately answered “YES”.
Important moments:
> Early November 1999 he appeared on the show “Good Morning Greece” with Nikos Manesis where he sang acapela and left the best impressions.
> At the age of 10 he made his first appearance on Roula Koromila’s show “Mia Kalimera”
> On ERT in the show of the Municipality of Mylonas. At the end of the show, he sang with his grandfather and so everything went his way.
Since then, traditional music has remained in his soul.
Growing up, he participated in several traditional song competitions where he received his first awards, such as in Tgea, Arcadia, Lagkadia, Arcadia and Arachova.
Costas Tsarouchas, one of the most important folk singers, managed to stand out with his appearances throughout Greece, alongside well-known performers: Hara Vera, Filio Pyrgaki, Giorgos Velissaris, Giannis Kapsadelis, Gogo Paislogos Chagkas and Giorgos Bepe , musicians and composers.
“Vlachs Tell Me” was re-released on his new record label Keys Records and was loved from the first listen.
